Privacy, for customers

What we collect

• Your name, gender (optional), and the phone number and email you use to sign in.
• Delivery addresses you save — including their approximate and precise map location — so we know where to bring your order.
• Your order and order-history details, ratings, and any support tickets (with photos you choose to attach), so you can reorder and get help.
• Your device's location when you tap "use my location" while choosing a delivery address. This is a one-time reading taken while the app is open; the customer app does not track your location in the background.
• Basic payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — that happens directly with the payment gateway.
• Device and installation identifiers (Android ID, Play App Set ID, Firebase installation ID) and a push-notification token. We use these to send order notifications and to detect fraud and abuse such as fake accounts and referral abuse. We do not collect the advertising ID.
• App-activity and diagnostics: which screens you open, what you tap, and terms you type into in-app search, plus crash reports (via Google Firebase Crashlytics). We use this only to fix bugs and improve the app.

How we use it

Solely to take, prepare, and deliver your order, keep your account working, protect the service from abuse, and help you if something goes wrong. Delivery address and live order status are shared only with the store and delivery partner handling your specific order. Data is encrypted in transit.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small set of processors that act only on our instructions: our payment gateways (Cashfree, Zoho Payments, and the UPI app you choose) to take payment, Google Firebase for crash reporting and push notifications, and OpenStreetMap for address search and maps. Nothing else leaves our systems.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We don't use your data for third-party advertising and don't collect the advertising ID.
• We keep only what's needed to run your account and honor legal/tax record-keeping requirements.

Delete your account and data

To delete your Dreamy Kitchen account and the personal data linked to it, email dreamygeniee@gmail.com from the address on your account, or with the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete it.

• What gets deleted: your name, gender, phone number, email, saved addresses, saved locations, device identifiers, support tickets and attached photos, ratings, and analytics tied to your account.
• What we keep, and why: order and payment records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention law are retained for up to 8 years, then deleted. These are de-identified from your account where possible.
• How long it takes: we acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
